When you choose Furniture Warehouse delivery, our experienced team transports your furniture from our Beaufort location to the room of your choice. We handle every item — and every home — with care.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
- Before your delivery, our team will reach out to confirm your scheduled delivery window.
- When we arrive, our crew will carefully bring your furniture inside and place it in the room of your choice. Please inspect each piece at the time of delivery.
- Once you're satisfied, you'll sign a delivery receipt confirming your order was received in good condition.
- If there's a concern about fit or access, our team may ask you to sign a liability acknowledgment before proceeding. This protects both your home and your new furniture.
- After your delivery, you may receive a short questionnaire about your experience. We love hearing from our customers!
Delivery Scheduling & Changes
We do our best to work around your schedule. We ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Changes made within that window may be subject to additional fees of up to 30%. To reschedule, contact us at (843) 000-0000.
Warehouse Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You're welcome to collect your furniture directly from our warehouse at 164 Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort, SC.
Pickup Hours:
Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
If possible, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can have your order pulled and ready. For larger items, our team may recommend professional delivery for safety. If you prefer to transport the furniture yourself and decline that recommendation, we'll ask you to sign a waiver.

Yes. We ask that someone 18 or older be present to inspect the furniture and sign the delivery receipt.
Will your team set up my furniture?
Our delivery team will bring your furniture inside and place it in the room of your choice. For items that require assembly, check with our team when placing your order.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Please inspect all items at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, let our delivery team know right away so we can document it and work to resolve it.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. Pickup is available from our warehouse at 164 Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort, SC. Pickup hours are Tuesday–Saturday 10 AM–5 PM and Sunday 1:30–4:15 PM.
