Returns & Cancellations

General Policy

All furniture and mattress sales are final at Furniture Warehouse. We encourage all customers to inspect purchases carefully at the time of delivery or pickup. Our team is happy to answer any questions before your purchase to help make sure you're choosing the right piece.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to delivery or pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30%. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Damages

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery or pickup. If you notice any damage, notify our team immediately so we can document the issue and work toward a resolution. Damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery — we are unable to accept damage claims after the delivery receipt has been signed.

Mattress Returns

Mattress returns are governed by the warranty programs outlined on our Guarantees page. All other bedding accessories, including pillows, mattress protectors, and foundations, are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final.
